TIME TO SAY SOMETHING!

Yikes...been a bit of time since the last tid bit. Main reason is the simple fact that life hasn't exactly been packed with 'gotta tell ya' stuff. No complaints about that...something to be said about dull!

Am giving thought to sticking a couple of projects using the transfer technique here...will see.

Can't believe summer is rapidly coming to an end...I wouldn't be disappointed if it continued for a few more months.

There are so many incredible blogs devoted to crafts...just one great blog after another for paper and/or fabric. Wonder if it'd be feasible to consider a Links page for the 'Super Special' ones? Suppose I could put that Links page in this blog...will give it some thought.

Tags and other tidbits

PaperFriendly was tagged again, so I had the painful task of picking seven blogs I think are worthy of being tagged. It seems I daily find a couple more blogs that are out of sight. Don't have to be a math major to know I'm acquiring quite a list of fantastic blogs. So...selecting which to include on a Tag List is difficult.

Have been asked if I'm the Nancy Ward who writes books and articles...yep, that's me. Fabric Painting Made Easy, Stamping Made Easy and The Complete Guide to Glues & Adhesives are the books; Vamp Stamp News and Scrap & Stamp Arts are the magazines.

Speaking of Scrap & Stamp Arts...the May issue (in stores now) has an article I wrote on adhesives. Kelly (editor) did an excellent job in laying out the article, and I thank her for that.

Right now I'm fiddling with a easy, inexpensive and super fast technique to transfer inkjet prints to another substrate...it's a simple two step technique. So far, all tests are perfect, but there's a few more things I want to test before I publish the results. Gotta tell you, I'm beyond excited about this technique, and I'm having a hard time keeping it a secret.

DRAT!!

My well thought out plans didn't work as planned. I thought I was being sooo smart by stacking a slug of drafts that I could publish during this time that I'm not at home (I'm visiting a son). Good plan...til I deleted the picture of a project. Haven't any idea where it went, but it's gone, gone, gone. Now I'm down a project, and that leaves me with a lot of Super Site entries.

Good grief!

I had no idea wandering around in the Land of Blog took so much time. It'd literally be imposible to visit all the paper and fabric related blogs that are available today (tomorrow will bring more). It's kind of like going into a super huge candy store packed with row after row of chocolates...too many goodies, too little time.

We need a Blog Blog...a comprehensive directory of blogs. Wonder how long it would take to do something like that?
